750 Meter Swim
The 750-meter swim course at Branched Oak Park begins with a beach start. Swimmers run into the water and head straight out to the first turn buoy, around 200-250 meters from shore. After turning, they swim parallel to the shore for about 300-400 meters to the second turn buoy. Finally, they make the last turn and swim 200-250 meters back to the beach, exiting the water to complete the swim. The course is marked with large buoys.

31.9 Bike Course
The 31.9-mile gravel bike ride for the Great Plains Gravel Triathlon is a challenging route designed to test your endurance. With over 1700 feet of climbing. As you are on the first mile of pavement, ensure you get in your nutrition because after that, the course starts with a gradual ascent on Nebraska Gravel. Transitioning into a mix of rolling hills and flat stretches midway through, from miles 16-20 you'll face a series of rollers before slowly descending back towards the park, Once in the park the final miles feature a long, straight section of pavement where you can focus on your nutrition before the run.

6.1 Mile Run Course
Now that you're off the bike a 6.2-mile fun run in Oak Branch Park awaits you. The course through lush greenery and towering oak trees. The course features a mix of paved paths and natural trails, with gentle hills and scenic spots like creeks and meadows. Aid stations along the way. Once you hit the finish line, it's time to eat some good food and enjoy your achievement.
